Frequently asked questions about pricing
Yes. Every website starts with a one-off setup fee for design, development and launch. You then pay monthly for managed hosting, support and updates. Both prices are fixed up front. No hourly billing, no extra costs after the fact within scope.
Managed hosting (VPS, SSL, SSL renewal), daily backups with weekly verification, uptime monitoring, security updates, 30 minutes of content changes per month (Template tier), and my 1-business-day response promise. No hidden costs.
Yes. You can upgrade from Static to Template, or from Template Basic/Plus to Pro, at any time. I migrate content and configuration seamlessly. You pay the difference as a one-off at that moment.
You can cancel monthly with one month's notice (after a minimum contract period of 12 months). On cancellation you receive a code export and a backup of your database. No lock-in. Migration work to another host is billed hourly (€95/hr).
Module fees are fixed: FAQ €250, Analytics €350, i18n €600, Booking €750, SEO landing pages €750, RDW €250, B2B portal €1,200, Webshop €1,500. They come on top of your tier's setup fee.
Extra work outside the included changes is billed hourly: €95 per hour, invoiced in 15-minute blocks. For larger jobs I can offer a fixed price up front. There's also a 10-hour credit bundle for €875 (valid for 12 months).
My stack is Next.js, not WordPress. That means 2–3× faster load times, higher SEO scores, no plugin conflicts, no WordPress vulnerabilities. You get one codebase with one person responsible (me) instead of a fragile stack of plugins.
Yes. With annual prepayment you get a 10% discount on the monthly fee. Cashflow benefit for me, price benefit for you.
Within reason, no. Never an issue for standard SMB sites. For sites that grow beyond 100,000 visitors per month we discuss a top-up or upgrade to the Custom tier. Rarely relevant in practice.
