Tieman IT, based in Borne, The Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. For questions you can contact me via the email address on my contact page.

What data do I collect?

I only collect data that you provide to me through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Message (free text field)
• Optionally chosen package/interest

Why do I use this data?

The data you provide through the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Answer your question or quote request
• Contact you about my services

I do not store this data in a database. The contact form sends your message directly to me via email. After responding I only retain the message in my email as long as necessary for handling.

Cookies

My website uses only one functional cookie:

• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language preference (NL, EN or DE). This cookie is strictly necessary for the functioning of the website and does not require consent.

I do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics cookies.

Sharing with third parties

I do not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of my services (for example hosting) or I am legally obliged to do so.

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. My website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS).
