Maintenance & Support

A website is never truly "done". I take care of ongoing maintenance, security updates and technical support so you don't have to.

What you get

Regular software updates
Security patches
Performance monitoring
Content changes per your tier (30–60 min per month)
Priority email support (1 business day)
Small bug fixes included
Credit bundle for bigger jobs (10 hours for €875)
Expansion advice

Maintenance is included with every tier. The Template tier comes with 30 minutes of content time per month, Pro and Custom with 60 minutes. If the work runs longer, it goes through a credit bundle (10 hours for €875) or ad-hoc at €95 per hour.

What does maintenance & support cover?

Maintenance is more than just installing updates. I keep your site technically healthy and make sure it stays relevant. Each month, security patches run on the CMS, framework and dependencies. Performance monitoring checks whether the site still loads under 1 second and flags regressions in Core Web Vitals before Google penalises them. Backups run daily with weekly verification so a rollback is always within reach. On top of that, every tier includes content time. Adding a new service, updating a price list, publishing a blog post, fixing a typo: I handle it for you within your monthly minutes. Small bug fixes (broken links, a form that won't send, an image that won't load) are always included, regardless of your tier.

How does it work in practice?

Need something done? Send an email to info@tieman.it or use the contact form. I reply within 1 business day, usually faster, since I'm the only one managing your site. Small changes get picked up the same day. For larger jobs you'll get a time estimate first so you know whether it fits inside your content time, comes out of a credit bundle, or needs a separate quote. No surprises afterwards. Because I build every site and host it myself, I know exactly how it all fits together. No ticket system with different people, no 'we'll look into it and get back to you': a direct line to the builder.

When does ongoing maintenance make sense?

Ongoing maintenance fits entrepreneurs who treat their website as a serious business asset. Concretely: you get customers or leads through your site, your content needs to stay current, or you simply don't want to spend time on technical worries. It's also useful if you don't want to dig into code yourself. You tell me what needs to change, I make sure it happens correctly, quickly and without downtime. For compliance updates (privacy policy, cookies, GDPR) I keep an eye on things proactively. No subscription needed if your site stands still for years without updates. But if your site is growing, generating leads or getting regular content: a maintenance contract takes the worry away and lets you focus on your business instead of your platform.
